Egg Decorating

Sunday night we decorated eggs at my sisters house! The kids had lots of fun decorating together - Emma, Lauren, Madison, Mason and Jaxson-they all get along so well! I feel so blessed to belong to such a wonderful family :)

Letter of the Week- A

I have started doing fun activities with Lauren to learn/recognize different letters of the alphabet. We take one letter a week and do fun activities and read books that correspond with the letter for that week.

This past week was the letter A!

Movies & Books

Last Friday the girls didn't have school so we went to see 

Diary of a Wimpy Kid Rodrick Rules

...it was funny and entertaining! We really enjoyed the first movie and this one was just as good-such a great movie for kids! While we were there they showed a preview for this coming to theaters June 10

Judy Moody And The Not Bummer Summer

 

...it looks so good! I love that they are making family movies from these great books. Of course we had to go out and buy

Emma is looking forward to another great series of books to read and Lauren is already requesting me to read them to her!

One last thing-we absolutely LOVE the movie Ramona and Beezus! We have watched it seriously a million times and never get tired of it. We were very excited to see a sequel coming to theaters in September!
