Mini Hot Shots (Age 4 1/2)
Lauren is progressing really well in her class at gymnastics. Her favorite things to practice on at home are: handstands, running round-offs, cartwheels, splits, and press handstands. She has also been practicing on her handstand to bridge, backbends, and backbend kickovers! When she is home you can always find her running through the house doing some sort of gymnastic move!
