The last week of school the Student Council planned fun activities for the students to do throughout the week. This was so much fun for them and helped the last week of school go by quickly!
Monday they had all the students bring in change which they collected for tornado victims. The money was put in separate boxes for each classroom. Then the students could bring dollars to offset a certain classes total. (Ex) If the Kindergarten class had $12 and Emma brought in $2 and put it in their box it took their total down to $10. The class that raised the most money received an ice cream party. Emma's class won by raising over $300!
Tuesday they played Sprinkler Kickball!
Wednesday they Rejoiced at their final Chapel Service of the
school year. This is also where they totaled the money each
class collected and announced the Ice Cream Party winner!
Thursday they did sidewalk murals!
Friday morning they held their annual Talent Show!
I love that Trinity does this, every child loves to participate
even the little Kindergarteners! All of the students are so
supportive (especially the older students!) and it really builds
up their confidence! Emma did an individual floor performance and also a performance with her friend Holly!
Her individual performance
Holly & Emma
Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in it's various forms. If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen
