The first weekend of July we took the girls over to Ames to try out the new aquatic center. There are 2 big slides, a deep swimming pool with a diving board & high dive, a lazy river and a fun area for younder kids to play in. We absolutely LOVED it. We spent the entire day there and never got bored. Although,we can spend the entire day at the Boone Pool and they don't get bored either :) Emma took and passed the deep water test so she was able to do all the water slides and swim in the deep end. Our friends Shana, Holly & Jillian showed up and a few girls from Emma's gymanstics were there so that just added to the fun! It was just a nice alternative the same thing we do every summer. We hope to get over there often!
