Congratulations! Your poem has been selected to be published in the Fall 2009 hardbound anthology A Celebration of Poets.
This is the letter we recieved in the mail the other day!! Have I mentioned that Emma has the most wonderful teacher ever. And how much we love her? And how much she loves her students! Each year she enters all of her students into poetry contests. This year 13 out of the 20 first and second graders poems were selected to be published. Emma was beyond excited. What an amazing way to encourage kids to write than to have their own work in an actual book!
