TOP's Testing

Emma participated in TOP's (Talent Opportunity Program) Testing this past weekend in Iowa City. She did amazing and we were so proud of her!!

She started out the testing with the handstand hold. She did the max time she needed- 30 seconds!

Sprint #1- 3.35 seconds

Sprint #2- 3.45 seconds

Next they tested Cast to Handstands

Emma fell on her first cast but overall did really well!

She scored 9/10

Rope Climb- 3.1 seconds!

Vertical Jump- 14.25

Press Handstands 10/10

Leg Lifts 9/20 

Bridge- 5 points

 Don't you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win! All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize. So I run with purpose in every step.... I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should.
