Blessing

This may just look like a picture of a freshly mowed lawn. It is. But to me it is so much more. Such a blessing. Jason has been gone at AT for three weeks and my father in law kept the lawn mowed the entire time he was gone. Thank you so much Rich! We love you and are so grateful for you!

Emma had her last softball game of the season Saturday. We are sad it is over but thankful for the free time! It was a very hot day - High of 95 with a heat index of 102! Very HOT!

Summer Love

We love summer :) If it was possible we would spend every single day at the pool! The girls absolutely LOVE it. Emma has passed her test to go off the diving board since she was five and Lauren is now swimming under water-not just sticking her head under but actually swimming!

Softball FUN Practice

The last practice of the season Emma's softball coaches had a fun practice. They grilled hot dogs and had lots of really good food-scotcharoos, puppy chow, salads.... it was all delicious! They also had slip and slides for the girls. As you can see... they had a blast!

Fun Day

Every year our dentist has a fun day to bring kids in to have their check up/ cleaning. They make it really fun for them by doing some sort of theme. This year it was a Safari theme. She was such a big girl (this was not a suprise-she did really well last year too!) and climbed right up in the chair. She had 20 teeth and they all looked great - she made the Zero Cavity Club!

They also called to tell us we needed to come pick up her prize- her name was drawn for one of the prizes they had displayed while we were there! She is sooo excited!

Fathers Day

We celebrated Fathers Day at Grandpa and Grama Lingrens. The food was great and as always we cherish the time we spend there. I have been blessed with such a wonderful dad and grampa! The girls were missing their dad -Jason has been at AT most of the month. We are looking foreward to him coming home soon and enjoying this next month as a family.
