Other than my father in law Rich mowing the lawn regularly, and a little help from a few friends (thanks Misty & Greg!) my yard had not been taken care of since Jason left last summer. I do not have a green thumb- nor do I particularly enjoy doing yard work- Ha!! So it was in need of some major weeding- there were seriously weeds the size of small trees (this is not an exaggeration!) and lots of leaves left over from last fall. A few days before Jason was scheduled to come home we all got together to clean it up!
