Christmas List

The girls really do not have a lot of things they want for Christmas this year. The few times we have visited Santa they were still thinking of what to ask for as they were walking up to sit on his lap. They mostly want/wish their dad could be home for Christmas! They are still kids though and we spent last night making a Christmas list. Here are a few of their favorite things....

Winter Festival

My niece Madison danced in their studio's Winter Festival today. Winter Festival is held the Sunday after Thanksgiving and we look forward to it every year. She danced so beautifully and is always so fun to watch! After the show Santa comes and all the kids can go up onstage to see him.

Thymes Remembered

Saturday we were invited to go with my sister-in-law Jill and her family to the tearoom in Perry. Bekah (one of Jill's best friends and now one of our close family friends!!) was here celebrating Thanksgiving with us and they thought it would be a fun place to take her, as Jill used to work at this tearoom when she was in high school. We arrived around noon and looked at all the fun things while waiting for our lunch reservation at 12:30. The girls really enjoy eating at tearooms and were excited to order hot chocolate and quiche! This particular tearoom also has the best strawberry soup ~ it is amazing! We all had a wonderful time!
