Emma's class at Trinity spent a day at Living History Farms in Des Moines for a field trip. They learned about farming and Iowa Indian site, an 1800's farm, and also a 1900's farm. We visited many places in the town including the Bank, the Doctor's Office, General store, Printing Press, and a local Law Office. Emma got to participate in a demonstration while visiting the Doctor! It was fun to see the different ways we live now compared to then. We were blessed with a beautiful day!
